Tonight’s dinner was Coriander salmon with garlic, shallots and simmered in lemon slices. Accompanied by fresh spinach then sautéed in that same hot pan with the lemon, garlic and shallots. Very delish!! The chili lime potatoes were a nice addition for flavor.

I’ve always loved Italian dishes, growing up next to an Italian family that had a garden the size of the houses you grew up in will do that to you. So many amazing blessed memories growing up with them. One of my favorites was when they made two things, what I called “green spaghetti” aka pasta with pesto, and Carbonara. Tonight I made it! It was a huge success and definitely worth the pancetta calories!

Preserved lemons and lemon purée is my new favorite ingredient to any dish! Especially Mediterranean and fish!

This was delish!! For anyone who loved Mediterranean food!! This is with chicken, although after my first bite I realized it would be even better with lamb!! Recipe at #goop #Farro chicken.

Summer fresh!! There’s nothing like fresh squeezed lime juice!
