I’ve decided that’s time to get some classics under my belt. I’m an avid reader but classics have never been my forte. Other than Pride and Prejudice of course, I mean, who can resist the handsome Mr. Darcy? I must admit I haven’t read any for leisure, more of the standard “This is required for this course” kinda deal.
I guess I classify myself as more of a faith reader. Daily bible reading is a must to stay sane in this world we live in today. I reach for Angels and Demons, The DiVinci Code, the sixty-six books of the bible etc. If you happen to be looking for a good book of faith, I recommend The Shack by William Paul Young. Excellent.
So what’s my first choice you wonder……Death of a Salesman, Arthur Miller. I have always wanted to read his works and where better to start than a play.
If you have any recommendations, I would love to check them out.
There’s nothing like the feel of a good book in your hand.
